Mental health care shouldn't feel clinical, distant, or intimidating. At NLWC, we built our practice around the belief that healing begins with a real human connection — a provider who listens, who understands, and who walks alongside you.

We offer wrap-around care: medication management, therapy, case coordination, and more — all working together, all under one roof. Because when your entire care team is connected, you don't fall through the cracks.

Noe started NLWC in 2011 with a single office and a simple mission: make quality mental health care accessible in El Paso. Today he leads a team of 26 — and still sees patients himself.
